Who You Are

We are looking for a self-directed Staff Software Engineer with deep expertise in frontend development and a solid understanding of backend systems. The role involves end-to-end ownership of technical tasks, proactive problem-solving, and effective collaboration to support smooth and timely delivery.

What You Will Do

• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from technical design to deployment and production support
• Collaborate with Product Managers to clarify and refine requirements
• Break down complex projects, provide estimates, and plan implementation
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through testing and best practices
• Contribute to defining engineering standards and mentoring other team members
  
  

Job Requirements

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering
• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Angular 15+, RxJS, and NgRx
• Experience with containerized environments (e.g., Docker, EKS)
• Solid understanding of API design principles and RESTful service integration
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Demonstrated ability to work proactively and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, Spring Framework and Hibernate
• Experience in advertising business (adtech)
• Experience in distributed, international, agile development teams
