Staff Software Engineer – Java Spring Boot

Overview

We are looking for a Staff Engineer to drive the architecture, design, and development of our Integration Platform, a low-code/no-code system for seamless data and application integration. As a key technical leader, you will drive engineering programs, translating business and product requirements into well-defined engineering stories while ensuring performance, security, and extensibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable, high-performance integration solutions for multi-tenant environments.
• Drive technical programs by converting business and product requirements into detailed engineering stories and execution plans.
• Contribute to both coding (40%) and solution planning, project execution, and mentoring engineers (60%).
• Lead and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to align platform capabilities with business needs.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering (experience with integration platforms or middleware systems is a plus).
• Strong expertise in HLD (High-Level Design) and LLD (Low-Level Design).
• Ability to quickly adapt in an agile environment and deliver complex integrations.
• Proficiency in Java, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS technologies, ELK stack, Spring Boot, Kafka, Redis.
• Expertise in API design (REST, SOAP, Webhooks) and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
