Role : Senior Network Engineer (L3 Team Lead/Manager)
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer (L3 Team Lead/Manager) to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and has deep technical expertise in designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex network and security infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the network landscape, guide L2 engineers, and play a strategic role in network planning and performance management while ensuring optimal security posture and business continuity.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer (L3 Team Lead/Manager) to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and has deep technical expertise in designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex network and security infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the network landscape, guide L2 engineers, and play a strategic role in network planning and performance management while ensuring optimal security posture and business continuity.
Primary Responsibilities And Activities
- Design, install, configure, and maintain core network and security infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, proxy servers, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
- Monitor and analyze network traffic, detect anomalies, and provide capacity planning recommendations.
- Apply and test security patches, manage configurations, and implement workarounds for known vulnerabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to network and security infrastructure (e.g., routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, proxy, wireless).
- Install and support telecommunication infrastructure (e.g., VoIP, structured cabling, wireless controllers).
- Participate in the planning, design, and acquisition of new technologies and upgrades, including evaluation of hardware/software.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on network architecture, configurations, and incident response actions.
- Mentor and guide L1/L2 team members; assist in building operational processes and knowledge base.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless network integration and support.
- 8+ years of experience in network engineering with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
- Proficient in Routing, Switching, Wireless, and Security technologies.
- Deep hands-on WAN/LAN, QoS, Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco ISE
- Good knowledge of F5 Load Balancers, Zscaler, DNAC
- Good Knowledge of Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS systems
- Proven experience with network performance tuning, log analysis, capacity planning, and incident response.
- Expertise in telecommunications infrastructure, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and client management skills.
- Strong communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
- CCNP / CCIE / CCDA or other advanced Cisco certifications are preferred.
