System Administrator

Overview

Are you a proactive and technically skilled individual with a passion for IT infrastructure management? Susin Group of Industries is looking for a System Administrator to join our dynamic team!
As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our on-premise and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of servers, NAS, security systems, communication tools, and more. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with vendors and development teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Windows Server 2016 and ERP servers.
Manage Network Attached Storage (NAS) for efficient data storage and access.
Configure and monitor Sophos Firewall and ensure network security.
Support IP-based communication systems (VoIP, Intercom, Grandstream IP phones).
Oversee wireless infrastructure and ensure connectivity across the office.
Administer CCTV and surveillance systems to ensure security.
Provide desktop support for Windows systems and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Coordinate with vendors and development teams to meet server support and integration needs.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Strong experience with Windows Server 2016, NAS systems, firewall management, and security protocols.
Familiarity with Sophos Firewall, IP-based communication systems, and CCTV infrastructure.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Proven vendor coordination and negotiation abilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
