Key Responsibilities:

• Perform system and network troubleshooting to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.
  

• Manage and maintain computer hardware components and peripherals.
  

• Configure, monitor, and maintain firewall settings to ensure network security.
  

• Administer and troubleshoot D-Link switches and VLAN configurations.
  

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed.
  

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT infrastructure.
  

• Assist in IT asset management and documentation.
  

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  

• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and networking fundamentals.
  

• Hands-on experience with firewalls and network security.
  

• Proficiency in configuring and managing D-Link switches and VLANs.
  

• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
