System Administrator

Type of Role: Application Development And Maintenance – System Admin/Security Related Roles

Job Type: 12 months Contract

Position: 2

Experience: 5 years

Job Description:
• Monitor and optimize the performance of big data clusters, ensuring efficient resource utilization and fast data processing.
• Implement and manage security protocols, including user authentication, authorization, data encryption and network security for big data systems
• Continuously monitor big data clusters for system health, performance and data integrity.
• Develop automation scripts (e.g., using Python, Bash or Ansible) to streamline deployment, cluster management and operational tasks.
• Experience in setting up high availability (HA) and fault tolerance for big data environments.

Qualifications
Educational Requirements: B. Tech/ B.E/ MCA equivalent, Engineering or a related field.
Professional Experience: 5 years System Admin/Security Related Roles
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
