Overview

• System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), and other IT infrastructure.
• Hardware & Software Management: Install, upgrade, and update computer hardware and application software.
• User & Access Management: Create and manage user accounts, set user permissions, and ensure secure access to applications and data.
• Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to employees experiencing IT-related problems.
• Security & Monitoring: Implement security measures, monitor system performance, and configure alerts to report security incidents.
• Network Management: Ensure the proper functioning of network equipment and the overall network infrastructure.
• Documentation: Create policy documents and training materials for employees on IT-related matters.
