Job Description:

Roles &Responsibilities:

1. System Management:

Installation and Configuration:

Setting up new hardware and software, configuring systems to meet organizational needs, and ensuring optimal performance.

Maintenance and Monitoring:

Regularly checking system performance, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring systems are up-to-date with the latest patches and updates.

User Account Management:

Creating and managing user accounts, setting access permissions, and handling password management.

Hardware and Software Lifecycle Management:

Managing the entire lifecycle of hardware and software assets, from procurement to disposal.

2. Network Management:

Network Infrastructure:

Configuring and maintaining network devices like routers and switches, ensuring smooth network operation.

Security:

Implementing and managing network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and monitoring network traffic for suspicious activity.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues, performance problems, and security breaches.

3. Security:

Security Policy Implementation:

Developing and enforcing security policies and procedures to protect organizational data and systems.

Data Backup and Recovery:

Implementing and managing data backup and recovery systems to protect against data loss.

Security Audits:

Regularly reviewing system security, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing necessary security measures.

4. Troubleshooting and Support:

Troubleshooting Technical Issues:

Investigating and resolving technical problems reported by users, ranging from hardware malfunctions to software errors.

Providing User Support:

Assisting users with technical issues, providing guidance on using systems and software, and escalating complex issues to specialized support teams.

5. Other Responsibilities:

Staying Updated:

Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT, and recommending new solutions to improve organizational efficiency.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Collaboration:

Working with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,961.78 - ₹15,000.00 per month
