Overview

• Assist in day-to-day IT support and system administration tasks.
• Provide technical support to end users (hardware, software, network issues).
• Help in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows/Linux systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Assist in user account management (Active Directory, e-mails, applications).
• Support in network troubleshooting and basic firewall configuration.
• Help with backup monitoring and data management.
• Document IT processes and create basic technical reports.
