About the job:
We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with 2 to 4 years of experience to manage and support desktop systems, servers, and IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support and System Management
1. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11
2. Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other hardware devices
3. Perform preventive maintenance on desktops, laptops, and IT equipment
Software and Application Support
1. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook (2010/2013/2021)
2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office (2010/2013/2021)
3. Support and manage Microsoft 365
4. Manage software installations, updates, and patch management
Server and Networking
1. Perform basic installation and troubleshooting of Windows Server (2008/2012)
2. Understand and work with DNS, DHCP, and domain/workgroup environments
3. Manage local and group policies
4. Handle basic networking issues and troubleshooting
Security and Maintenance
1. Install, configure, and regularly update firewall software
2. Ensure system security and compliance with IT policies
Asset and Vendor Management
1. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
2. Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support
3. Track service reports and manage vendor interactions

Experience:
1. 2 to 4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support
2. Hands-on experience with user account management
3. Experience in access rights administration
4. Strong system troubleshooting skills
