System & Network Administrator

What You’ll Do

✅ Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Wi-Fi)
✅ Handle system administration for Windows and Linux environments
✅ Monitor system performance, ensure uptime, and troubleshoot issues promptly
✅ Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies
✅ Support and maintain hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals)
✅ Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups
✅ Oversee and support Zoho applications – including setup, user access, automation, integrations, and troubleshooting
✅ Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth IT operations
✅ Assist in IT project implementation and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience as a System or Network Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Firewall)
• Hands-on experience with Zoho One / Zoho Projects / Zoho Desk / Zoho CRM
• Experience managing cloud or virtualization platforms (Azure, Google Workspace, VMware preferred)
• Good understanding of IT security, patch management, and data backups
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,939.25 - ₹59,333.02 per month
