Tally Support & IT Specialist

Overview

Globo IT Solutions is looking for a technically proficient IT professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing Tally Prime support and customization, configuring Microsoft Office 365, and deploying web-based applications for our clients. This role involves a blend of remote support and occasional on-site visits for client issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and customization for Tally Prime.
• Demonstrate various Tally Prime modules to clients and team members.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 (Basic, Apps, Standard).
• Assist in deployment and troubleshooting of web-based applications.
• Visit client sites occasionally for on-site issue resolution and support.
• Maintain client documentation and provide remote assistance when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and support delivery.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and its customization capabilities.
• Experience with Office 365 setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of web application deployment (basic hosting/domain knowledge a plus).
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide remote/onsite support.
• Basic understanding of networking and cloud platforms is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science/related field.
• Certification in Tally or Microsoft technologies is a plus.
• Prior experience with client-facing roles is desirable.
