Team Lead Java Developer

Overview

We are seeking a Team Lead Java Developer with 10+ years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and implementing web applications and services that support our Portals Platform. You will work across the full software development lifecycle and be expected to stay current with the latest trends and tools in web and API development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop software aligned with Portals Platform standards and design patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in peer reviews and code reviews to ensure best practices
• Mentor less experienced developers
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Java 8, Spring, and Spring MVC
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with Unit Testing frameworks and continuous integration tools

Preferred / Differentiators

• Proficiency with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development
• Experience with Netflix OSS components (e.g., Eureka, Hystrix, Ribbon)
• Familiarity with MongoDB
• Good grasp of Git version control and branching strategies
• Experience with Maven for project and dependency management

Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
