Team Lead React Developer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead React Developer with 10+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and implementing web applications and services that support our Portals Platform. As a key team member, you will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle and expected to stay current with modern web development tools, practices, and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications based on Portals Platform standards and architectural patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code using modern JavaScript practices
• Participate in peer reviews, code reviews, and ensure coding standards are followed
• Mentor and guide less experienced developers
• Identify performance bottlenecks and improve UI responsiveness and efficiency
• Ensure application scalability, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES5/ES6) and related front-end technologies
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and prototypal inheritance
• Strong experience using browser-based debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools, Firebug, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams

Preferred / Differentiators

• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, including functional components, hooks, and state management
• Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, and Immutable.js
• Experience building Single Page Applications (SPAs) using modern frameworks
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling
• Proficiency in Git and version control best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
