Technical Business Analyst - Internship

About the internship:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive technical business analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with field teams, clients, and development teams to analyze software issues, identify bugs, document findings, and ensure clear communication of technical requirements and solutions.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Analyze software applications and systems to identify functional gaps, bugs, and improvement areas.
2. Act as a liaison between the field team, technical team, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
3. Collect, track, and analyze reported bugs and system issues.
4. Clearly explain technical issues, bugs, and solutions to non-technical stakeholders and clients .
5. Prepare detailed documentation including bug reports, requirement documents, process flows, and analysis reports.
6. Assist in requirement gathering, validation, and change management processes.
7. Support testing activities by validating fixes and ensuring issues are resolved as per requirements.
8. Ensure effective and timely communication with clients to understand concerns and provide updates.
9. Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve system performance and user experience.

Other Requirements:

1. Experience working with software products, SaaS platforms, or IT services.

2. Exposure to bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).

3. Prior experience in client handling or field coordination.
