Hiring a Technical consultant (Infor M3) for one of the consulting-led technology services delivering scalable enterprise and cloud solutions.

Role details:

• Title / Designation: Technical Consultant
• Location: Preferably Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Infor M3 ERP ecosystem (M3, ION, IEC/MEC, IDM, H5), ensuring system stability, performance, and availability.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and integration issues, minimizing business impact.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, upgrades, and integrations aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate Scrum activities, track ERP workstream progress, publish weekly status reports, and proactively identify risks with mitigation plans.
• Maintain comprehensive system, process, and technical documentation, and recommend continuous improvements based on best practices.

Candidate requirements:

• 5–8 years of hands-on Infor M3 experience, including M3, ION, IEC/MEC, IDM, H5 scripting, and Experience Designer.
• Strong functional expertise in at least one domain: Record to Report, Procure to Pay, or Order to Cash.
• Proven experience in at least one end-to-end Infor M3 implementation, including integrations, rollout, and support.
• Strong technical skills in ION workflows, BOD customizations, APIs, EDI, SQL, and M3 database tables/views.
• Infor-certified professional with strong communication skills, analytical ability, and experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
