Overview

Job Title: Business Analyst (IT Projects)

Location: Bhopal, India (On‑site/Hybrid)

Experience: 4+ years as Business Analyst in IT projects
Test Analysis Experience: Minimum 2 years
Budgeted CTC: ₹4.0–5.0 LPA

Role Overview

You will partner with stakeholders across business and IT to elicit, analyze, and document requirements; propose technical/process solutions; and guide implementations and testing to ensure successful delivery of IT initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify detailed business requirements
• Analyze data for trends, patterns, and insights to drive decisions
• Develop, document, and maintain business process models
• Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet strategic objectives
• Work closely with IT teams and cross‑functional departments to implement solutions
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders and executives
• Create comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions
• Participate in test planning, execution, and validation of new systems/processes
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and optimizations

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects
• Minimum 2 years of test analysis experience
• Strong data analysis skills (identifying trends, patterns, insights)
• Proficiency in documenting business process models (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver technical solutions
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• Knowledge of Automation Testing tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Basic SQL or querying experience
