- Design smart automation workflows for modern and legacy systems (think Oracle, SAP, Snowflake).

- Collaborate closely with engineers and product to influence roadmap and feature delivery.
- Own end-to-end execution of solutions and ensure clients walk away impressed.
- You’ll be part of the founding ops & delivery team at an AI-first integration startup.
- You’ll work directly with ex-founders (acquired by a unicorn), Forbes 30u30 alumni.
- You’ll define how complex client needs get translated into AI-driven workflow solutions.
- You’ll learn the ins and outs of AI tools, API automation, and enterprise SaaS delivery.
- You’ll ship real client projects weekly — not PowerPoints.
- Have 1+ years of experience in business analysis, customer success, or solution delivery.
- Have worked in or with B2B SaaS, consulting, or services companies (e.g., Wipro, Accenture, etc.)
- Understand APIs, integrations, and no-code/low-code platforms.
- Communicate clearly with both engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Are curious about automation, software workflows, and client delivery at scale.
- Have built custom automations using Python, JavaScript, or any scripting language.
- Have experience with legacy enterprise tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Have worked directly with clients in implementation, onboarding, or solutioning roles.
- Want to grow into a product, solutions, or customer engineering leadership role.
