Job Description:

Requirement Details: QA Analyst and Tester for Experience Cloud implementation projects. Needs to be highly motivated with experience leading conversations with the client, working with technical teams, writing test cases, reviewing test results, tracking and managing QA defects and resolution.

Skill Requirements:
• Experienced QA Analyst with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Salesforce manual and Automated Test Framework (ATF) preferred.
• 3+ years of client engagement experience within a large government environment/entity
• 3+ years of QA experience for various system platforms
• Experience writing test cases
• Strong written comprehension and verbal skills
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Experience Cloud and customer/partner portal solutions

Must Have Skills:

• Salesforce Experience Cloud Testing
• Defect Identification and Documentation
• Test Case Design & Execution
