About The Position
The Technical Lead provides oversight and leadership to an IT technical delivery team. This position supervises team members, identifies and manages skillsets within capacity of the team, and ensures successful delivery execution of assigned Agile epics. The position partners with business owner(s) to ensure technical considerations are appropriately prioritized for the team’s digital products and business capabilities.

Required Qualifications
Education / degrees
- Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related fields or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Experience building solutions in one of the following: C#, C++, Angular, Node.js, SQL, Ansible, R, Java, Python.
- Strong familiarity with Gitflow and source control management methodologies.
- Experience with software development lifecycle (plan, design, develop, test, release, maintain and support, decommission).
- Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience digitally enabling oil and gas business workflows.
