Technical Lead- Javascript

Overview

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers and oversee the development process from start to finish
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and create technical specifications
• Design and implement complex web applications using JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and other related technologies
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the software development industry

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 4-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on JavaScript and related technologies
• Proven experience in leading a development team and managing projects
• Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and other JavaScript frameworks and libraries
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Solid understanding of web development principles, including MVC architecture, REST APIs, and database design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
