TagMango is a fast-growing creator SaaS platform empowering creators to build, scale, and
monetize their communities. We’re building tools that help creators launch and manage their
digital products while delivering exceptional experiences to their audiences.
We are looking for a Technical Team Lead who is passionate about building scalable
systems, enforcing best practices, and mentoring a team of engineers. This role requires
strong MERN stack expertise, hands-on AWS experience, and the ability to drive quality
engineering outputs while leading by example.

Responsibilities
As a Technical Team Lead at TagMango, you will:
●Lead and Mentor Developers: Manage and guide a team of software engineers,
ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
●Code Ownership: Take responsibility for the overall quality and maintainability of the
codebase.
●PR Reviews & Feedback: Conduct pull request reviews, provide constructive
feedback, and uphold coding standards.
●Systems Thinking: Architect new features, considering scalability, performance, and
long-term maintainability.
●Team Support: Actively support team members in solving development challenges
and unblock them when needed.
●Code Auditing: Audit the existing codebase, identify improvement areas, and
implement enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.
●Technical Documentation: Ensure creation and maintenance of clear,
comprehensive technical documentation for both existing and new features.

Requirements
●Strong hands-on experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js,
Node.js).
●Proficiency with AWS cloud services and architecture design.
●Proven track record of leading/managing a team of developers.
●Strong background in code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and ensuring
code quality.
●Ability to architect systems and think holistically about platform design.
●Experience in delivering new features and product enhancements with a focus on
quality.

Good to Have
●Experience with payment systems and payment gateway integrations.
●Familiarity with video players, streaming technologies, and transcoding
systems.
