Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science,Information Technology, or a relatedfield.
• 5–8years of total experience in software development,

• Proven ability to manage 2 or more projects simultaneously with cross-functional team collaboration.
• Experience leadingsmall to mid-sized teams, providing both technical and performance guidance.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and SaaS architecture principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Experience workingin a product-based or SaaS environment is highlypreferred.

• Frontend: React.js, Next.js
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js
• Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis

• Tools & Platforms: JIRA, GitHub,Jenkins, Visual Studio Code, Postman,Nginx, Power BI
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure, Docker,Kubernetes (preferred exposure)
• Innovation Areas: SaaS optimization, AI integration, BusinessIntelligence, and Automation

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Certification in Software Architecture or Cloud Application Design.
• Leadership and Team Management certification.
• Familiarity with U.S. software compliance or data security frameworks is a plus.
