Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join our team at Benthon Labs Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will oversee the development of end-to-end platforms using the latest technologies, contributing across all stages of the product lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance. This role requires technical expertise and leadership qualities to drive system consistency and ensure optimal user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable platforms.
• Develop efficient, clean, and reusable code for both front-end and back-end.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure system reliability and seamless user experience.
• Optimize web applications for performance and mobile compatibility.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, managing technical projects effectively.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in front-end and back-end development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js for back-end development.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks, including React.js, Angular, or Vue.js..
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and web servers (Apache, Nginx).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong debugging and testing skills.
• Excellent analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to explore and implement new technologies.
• Proven ability to mentor developers and manage technical projects.
