Job Summary:
Arcs Infotech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, MEAN & MERN stacks, and good knowledge of AWS, with a passion for coding. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and building a high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, review, and optimize code to ensure efficiency and maintainability.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions using Python, MEAN/MERN stacks, and AWS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Provide technical training and upskilling opportunities for team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CSE or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Web Application development
• Strong expertise in Python/MEAN/MERN stacks
• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless deployment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL Databases, Like MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB, and Redshift, along with query optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Prior experience in team building and training is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
