Summary:

As a Technical Lead at Dextralabs Solutions, you will be a key member of our team responsible

for developing and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with project requirements. You will

also play a crucial role in providing ongoing support and maintenance for our existing

SaaS-based systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Software

Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, complemented by a robust technical

skillset and relevant hands-on experience. Excellent communication and proven leadership

abilities are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

● Lead the design and development of robust and scalable solutions that meet project

requirements and adhere to quality standards.

● Demonstrate a strong understanding of Design Patterns and effectively apply them to

create well-structured and maintainable code solutions.

● Exhibit a passion for developing reusable components and solutions to enhance

efficiency and consistency.

● Proactively learn and adapt to new technologies and advancements in the software

development field.

● Demonstrate a strong commitment to the team's success, including a willingness to go

the extra mile when needed.

● Provide comprehensive support and maintenance for deployed solutions, ensuring their

stability and optimal performance.

● Possess strong technical capabilities to conduct thorough Code Reviews, manage Version

Control effectively, create comprehensive Documentation, and contribute to other

project-related activities.

● Develop solutions leveraging Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles, with

expertise in publishing and consuming both RESTful and SOAP-based Web services.

● Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and advancements within the software

development landscape, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and

improvement.

Experience and Skill Set:

● Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience as a Java/J2EE Developer.

● Proven analytical and debugging skills with a strong ability to troubleshoot complex

issues.

● In-depth knowledge of the Java/J2EE framework, with specific expertise in:

○ Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security)

○ Hibernate (or other relevant ORM frameworks)

● Experience with Node.js for backend development.

● Solid exposure to front-end technologies and frameworks, including:

○ React

○ jQuery

○ Bootstrap

○ AngularJS

● Strong understanding of both Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such

as MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle.

● Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is a significant advantage.

● Experience with build and automation tools such as Ant, Maven, and Jenkins.

● Familiarity with code quality and analysis tools like SonarQube.

● Proficient in developing and consuming RESTful and SOAP-based Web services.

● Strong understanding and practical application of Java/J2EE-based Security Best

Practices.

● Solid foundation in core development fundamentals, including Core Java, J2EE,

JavaScript, and the Document Object Model (DOM).
