Technical Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Manager to oversee our technical team and ensure the successful delivery of complex electronics design projects. The Technical Manager will work closely with our engineering team to develop, implement and optimize technical solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the technical team to ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify project requirements and develop technical strategies to achieve project goals.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Ensure the development and implementation of technical standards and processes across the team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in electronics design.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of electronics design principles and processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Location-Meerut

Immediate Joiner will be preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,130.90 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• total work: 2 years (Preferred)
• Technical project management: 1 year (Preferred)
