- Routine Administrative Activities
- Resolve incidents escalated by L1 as per the agreed SLAs and timelines.
- L2 escalates the problem to L3.
- Installation/Upgradation/Migration of SQL Servers.
- Apply any patches or service packs for SQL Server.
- Configure High Availability/Disaster recovery solutions.
- Configure automated alerts to send a mail to team if any issues.
- Work on incidents, change tickets and problem tickets.
