We’re Hiring: Technical Lead – Full Stack (.NET Core + Angular)

Are you a tech-savvy leader with deep expertise in .NET Core and Angular, and a proven history of delivering enterprise applications for international clients? We’re looking for a dynamic Technical Lead to guide a high-performing development team and drive the success of global projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of enterprise web applications.

Manage and mentor a team of developers across full-stack technologies.

Collaborate directly with US-based clients to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver on milestones.

Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using Angular 18, NgRx, and Material Design.

Develop scalable microservices using .NET 8 (C#) and SQL Server/Azure SQL.

Drive Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.

Ensure code quality, security, and performance through rigorous reviews and testing.

Work on Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Azure DevOps), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.

12–14 years of experience in full stack development with strong leadership responsibilities.

Hands-on expertise in Angular 18, .NET Core 8, Microservices, SQL Server.

Prior experience in handling international projects and direct client communication.

Strong people management skills – ability to lead and grow high-performing teams.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure), CI/CD tools, monitoring (Datadog), and DevOps practices.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
