What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and deploy working AI prototypes in under 24 hours that instantly automate actual business processes
• Assume full ownership of AI solutions from conception through deployment and monitoring, operating independently without dependencies or delays
• Advance automation continuously throughout the organization by surfacing new use cases and refining existing solutions to align with changing requirements and emerging capabilities
  
  

• Create a fully reimagined, AI-enabled ecosystem that converts manual marketing workflows and community platforms into intelligent systems generating 10x business value
  
  

• AI-First Mindset (if you instinctively write code first and subsequently apply AI tools for validation or improvement, rather than leading with AI, please do not apply)
• A minimum of 5 years of full-stack software engineering experience (both front-end and back-end coding proficiency required)
• Hands-on experience embedding AI/LLMs (through APIs, prompt engineering, or automation workflows) into production applications
• Command of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience designing scalable, distributed architectures
• Knowledge of when and why to select particular LLM models for distinct use cases
• Proven understanding and practical application of the Model Context Protocol (MCP)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
