Technical Lead – MERN Stack with Strong Python Knowledge

We’re now looking for a Technical Lead who can not only code but lead teams and shape solutions across our MERN & Python-based projects.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Lead with deep expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and a solid understanding of Python for backend systems, AI integrations, and microservices. This role requires a combination of leadership, architecture, hands-on development, and mentorship. You will be responsible for driving the technical direction of projects, managing junior developers, and ensuring quality delivery of scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Define and maintain technical architecture for scalable full-stack applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Review code, conduct design discussions, and set best practices for development.

Hands-on Development

• Lead the development of robust, high-performing applications using MERN stack.
• Build and maintain backend services in Node.js and Python (Flask / FastAPI / Django preferred).
• Work on complex integrations including third-party APIs, AI models, or microservices.

Mentorship & Team Management

• Guide and mentor junior developers, review PRs, and improve team skill sets.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of sprints.

DevOps & Deployment

• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, Docker deployments, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Ensure performance optimization, security best practices, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must-Have:

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• 3+ years of experience in MERN stack projects.
• Strong backend experience in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).
• Proficiency in RESTful API design, authentication strategies (JWT/OAuth), and database design (MongoDB & SQL).
• Experience with Git workflows, Docker, and cloud platforms.

Good to Have:

• Experience in AI/ML model integration.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Exposure to microservice architecture and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
