Technical Lead/Scrum Master - Java, Golang

We are looking for a Project Lead with minimum 10 years of experience to play the role of a Scrum master and strong technical background in Java and FE technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile Ceremonies and handle multiple team coordination.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define and track requirements.
• Communicate delivery progress, risks and dependencies to leadership and external teams.
• Facilitate and work with leads/architects to resolve issues/dependencies of the team
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team performance.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• 10+ Years of experience in software engineering in Java (2+ years of relevant Scrum Master experience)
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master handling multiple Agile Teams
• Strong Understanding of Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile Tools(Rally or JIRA)
• Solid grasp of technical concepts such as Microservices, APIs, cloud Infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to handle technical queries at the initial level.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in design and development using Java/python related technologies.

Desired Skills:

• Scrum Master certification/Agile certification would be a plus.
• Platform Development or infrastructure team serving multiple applications and services.
