Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Technical Project Manager role located in the Mohali district at Code Brew Labs. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project tasks, ensuring effective communication among team members, leading project planning and execution, and providing team leadership to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate across internal teams (developers, designers, QA, business analysts) to allocate tasks, track progress, and resolve issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing project updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for revenue growth.
• Plan and manage resource allocation, project milestones, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare project documentation including scope of work, project plans, status reports, and post-project reviews.
• Track project financials, including budgeting, cost control, invoicing, and revenue forecasting.
• Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and best practices in project management.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical project management, client servicing, and team handling.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, track financial performance, and drive revenue opportunities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to project risks and challenges.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Technical project management: 5 years (Preferred)
• Team management: 3 years (Preferred)
• revenue generation: 4 years (Preferred)
