Technical Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong technical background and project management expertise to lead, mentor, and guide our development team while ensuring smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, manage project documentation, track progress, and provide technical solutions to developers when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Team Management

• Lead and oversee all development projects, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to deployment.
• Assign tasks to developers, monitor progress, and provide necessary guidance.
• Manage and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, progress reports, and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure project expectations are met.

Technical Expertise & Developer Support

• Assist developers in troubleshooting technical issues, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Provide mentorship to team members on best coding practices, architecture, and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Review and approve technical documentation, code quality, and development strategies.
• Bridge the gap between management and the technical team by translating complex technical issues into business language.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices to improve project outcomes.

Client Communication

• Conduct client meetings to gather project requirements and provide regular updates.
• Prepare detailed technical and non-technical reports for stakeholders.
• Address client queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Work with business and marketing teams to align development projects with company goals.

Management Tools & Reporting

• Implement and manage project tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).
• Generate reports on project progress, team performance, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with development methodologies, including Agile or Scrum.
• Optimize workflow and introduce new processes for better efficiency.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of software development languages (PHP, JavaScript, Python, Laravel, WordPress, React, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in backend & frontend development to assist developers when needed.
• Good understanding of databases, APIs, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in software architecture, debugging, and performance optimization.

Soft Skills

• Ability to guide and support developers.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting technical and managerial issues.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Readiness to assist the team in any development roadblocks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
