Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and risks using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project feasibility and on-time delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other PM software to track progress and maintain documentation.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive team collaboration, motivation, and accountability.
• Ensure project outcomes meet business and technical requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum project management.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Strong communication skills for internal teams and external clients.
• Good grasp of technical concepts, including cloud infrastructure and APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
