Technical Project Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor the end-to-end deployment of project.
• Coordinate with Team lead and field teams for successful implementation
• Manage vendor engagements and track delivery timelines
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Oversee network-related tasks in the data centre including fiber patching, testing, and documentation
• Coordinate with network engineers for structured cabling, switch/router configurations, and equipment health
• Handle escalations related to data center network operations and fiber issues
• Generate weekly progress reports and dashboards for senior management
• Ensure proper documentation of all changes and updates in the network and RF setup.
• Work closely with internal teams (NOC, Helpdesk, Field Ops) and external vendors
• Participate in regular review meetings with stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of RF concepts (e.g., Line-of-sight, UBR link alignment)
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (L1/L2, IP addressing, routing/switching)
• Hands-on experience with fiber connectivity – patching, OTDR testing, power meter
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
