Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of projects across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects efficiently, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and maintaining project documentation while optimizing resources to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely and successful project completion within defined scope and budget.
• Client and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure successful delivery. Proactively manage risks, changes, and resource allocation.
• Team Leadership: Delegate tasks effectively to team members, leveraging their strengths to maximize performance and ensure goals are met.
• Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and budgets, while providing regular updates to management.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management with a demonstrated ability to deliver successful projects.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both clients and internal teams effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Leadership: Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and direct team members to achieve objectives.
• Coding Skills: Solid coding skills with the ability to contribute to technical discussions and support development efforts when needed.
  
  

Qualification

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
