Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office (Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (Tech PM) to lead and manage technology-driven initiatives within the Banking domain, specifically Cards and Payments. The ideal candidate should have strong techno-functional expertise, hands-on Agile delivery experience, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects in the Banking (Cards & Payments) domain.

Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using Agile methodologies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and external teams.

Oversee system development, integrations, deployments, and UAT activities.

Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines using JIRA and Confluence.

Ensure adherence to delivery schedules, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager / Techno-Functional PM.

Strong experience in the Banking domain, specifically Cards and Payments.

Proven Agile delivery experience.

Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools.

Strong understanding of:

System development lifecycle (SDLC)

API concepts and API integrations

Application deployments

UAT planning and execution

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Additional Requirements

Willingness to work 5 days from office at client site (Gurugram).

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and complex project environments.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing large-scale or enterprise banking technology projects.

Exposure to digital payments platforms and integrations
