Role Overview
We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager who has been a developer in the past and now works as a project manager. You will be responsible for managing technical projects, hiring the right developers, and ensuring the smooth execution of client projects. Your technical expertise will allow you to assess candidates effectively, manage developers efficiently, and bridge the gap between our sales team and the development team.
Key Responsibilities
• Hiring & Technical Evaluation: Lead the hiring process for developers by conducting technical interviews, reviewing code samples, and assessing problem-solving skills.
• Project Management: Oversee website, web app, and mobile development projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Process Improvement: Establish best practices for project execution, task management, and team collaboration.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity in project requirements and expectations.
Must Have
• Technical Background: At least 5 years as a developer (web or mobile) and 3+ years as a project manager.
• Hands-on Experience: Strong understanding of web and mobile development technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, PHP, WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
• Hiring Expertise: Experience in conducting technical interviews and evaluating developers.
• Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, timelines, and technical deliverables.
• Problem Solver: Ability to identify technical roadblocks and provide solutions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
