Job Description - We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with 7–8 years of experience in the IT services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and changes effectively.
Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth execution.
Track project progress, prepare reports, and present updates to leadership.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage resource allocation and budgeting for assigned projects.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7–8 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong technical background.
Proven experience in managing software development projects (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies).
Strong understanding of cloud technologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and IT infrastructure.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or other project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications (preferred).
