What is the role about?

Technical Project Manager (TPM) will be responsible for driving multiple client projects and
implementations as will act as the controlling authority for the projects assigned. Key
responsibilities include developing a solid technical and functional understanding of the
project/offerings, project planning & execution, tracking & monitoring, reporting,
communication to internal and client stakeholders, project closure and client satisfaction.

What you will do

As a TPM, you will be responsible for the following:
• Develop a good technical and functional understanding of assigned projects
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all assigned projects
• Lead project teams to ensure that project objectives are met and deliverables are
completed on time and under budget
• Tracking, monitoring and reporting of assigned projects and ensuring successful project
completion
• Metrics driven project management – Define and publish project metrics periodically
and take corrective actions as necessary
• Communicate effectively with client and internal stakeholders to provide project
updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers to help them develop their
project management skills
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project integration and
alignment with organizational goals
• Ensure project funding/invoicing is done on time
• Any other activities assigned by the management team

What you will need to have

• Software Services Industry Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software development and
services
• Relevant Experience:
o Minimum of 5+ years of Technical Project Management
o Prior experience of managing and delivering AI/ML or Data projects
o Prior software development experience in any stream
• Proven track record of delivering projects on-time and under budget
• Proven experience in metrics driven project management
• Team player with Strong leadership and conflict management skills
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple internal & client stakeholders, manage priorities and negotiate
effectively
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneoulsy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements

• Education: Graduate with a technical degree
• Must be willing to work full time out of Shellkode Bangalore office for the first 3 months
• PMP certification is desirable
