Who are we looking for?

Designation : Technical Project Manager ( AI / ML Projects )
Experience Range : 8+ years

What is the work?

• Plan, lead, and deliver AI/ML projects from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to define clear project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
• Participate in solution design discussions with a technical understanding of Python-based AI/ML models and data processing.
• Support teams in managing Python-based codebases, scripts, and integrations with ML pipelines and APIs.
• Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure proper version control, testing, deployment, and monitoring of ML models in production.
• Communicate project status, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Promote adherence to best practices in MLOps, data governance, and code quality.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 2 years of hands-on or collaborative experience with AI/ML projects.
• Working knowledge of Python programming, especially as it relates to AI/ML model development, data analysis, or automation.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and associated tools (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience working with Git, Jupyter Notebooks, and APIs in Python environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and their AI/ML offerings.
• Proficient in using project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
