Technical Project Manager – Secrets Management, IAM/PAM & Cloud Security

• Capture requirements, perform data analysis, and define detailed use cases.

• Engage with platform and application teams across all Global Business and Global Functions to gather Secrets Management requirements.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders from Identity and Access Management, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Global Cloud Services, Client Access Technologies, and business areas to define suitable solutions.

• Coordinate with regional stakeholders, including teams from Highly Regulated Countries, to capture region-specific requirements.

• Prepare comprehensive requirements documentation for review and sign-off by senior stakeholders.

• Serve as a liaison between the program team and Global Business/Function representatives to ensure timely delivery and adoption of secrets management tooling.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in requirements gathering in technical environments (e.g., DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, cloud and on-premise platforms).

• Strong technical understanding of infrastructure and applications.

• Expertise in data analysis and process mapping.

• Experience identifying and defining business and technical use cases.

• Hands-on project management experience, especially in IAM or PAM migration projects.

• Proven track record working with technical, cybersecurity, and operations teams.

• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and security controls.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, organizational, and communication skills.

• Positive, proactive team player with the ability to work as part of a large program.
