Position: Technical Scrum Master with knowledge of OSB / ESB

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the OSB team, overseeing project delivery, resource allocation, and team performance.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of OSB-based integration solutions.    
• Serve as a Manager/Scrum Master for OSB development teams, facilitating all Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide the team in Client best practices and promote self-organization within the team.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, and onshore project managers to ensure proper delivery of OSB-based integration solutions.
• Help the team to deliver high-quality OSB solutions by ensuring smooth execution of sprints and removal of any impediments.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical team members to communicate project goals, challenges, and milestones.
• Ensure that the OSB development process adheres to Client - frameworks, security policies, and organizational standards.
• Foster a collaborative and communicative environment within the team and across departments.
• Oversee budget management or estimations and resource planning for OSB projects.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Manager/ Scrum Master in a software development environment, preferably with a focus on Oracle Service Bus (OSB) or related middleware technologies. This is MANDATORY.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with OSB, WebLogic, SOAP, REST APIs, and related technologies.
• Experience working with integration platforms and enterprise service bus (ESB) architecture.
• Ability to coach and mentor Agile teams in self-organization, cross-functionality, and Agile best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, able to align diverse teams towards common goals.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and other tools used in agile development pipelines.
• Prior experience working in industries that require high-volume integration solutions (finance, banking, etc.) is a plus.
