Job Description
Role: Technical Support – Service Desk L2
Location: Pune
Job Summary –
Candidates with a minimum 1 to 2 years of IT Service Desk experience – Those with technical knowledge and L1 troubleshooting skills with excellent English-speaking skills; and willing to work in rotational shifts and/or flexible shifts as per business requirement.

Technical Skills
Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, MFA, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint
End User Experience management
Active listening and probing skills.
Effective business communication skills.
Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge base articles.
Receptive for feedback and willing to learn.
Positive attitude and team player.
Certifications Needed
