Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows Server, OS installation, Azure, Office 365, and Networking. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:

• Windows Server Support:
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows Server-related issues.
• OS Installation:
• Conduct operating system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Ensure proper configuration and optimization of OS environments.
• Azure Support:
• Assist in the deployment, management, and troubleshooting of Azure resources..
• Office 365 Administration:
• Manage Office 365 accounts, licenses, and security settings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Office 365 application and email-related problems.
• Networking:
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
• Assist in network configuration and firewall management.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or remote sessions.
• Identify and resolve hardware and software problems promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of OS installation and configuration.
• Familiarity with Azure services and Office 365 administration.
• Networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing top-notch technical support.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, MCSE) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
