Job Description:

We seek a motivated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our support team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues reported by clients or internal teams. This role requires technical knowledge, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, phone, or ticketing system.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Install, configure, and update software and applications.
• Monitor systems and networks to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Document technical knowledge in the form of solution articles and internal guides.
• Stay current with product updates and industry trends.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, or macOS environments.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, DHCP).
• Experience with remote troubleshooting tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
• Hands-on with ticketing and helpdesk systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
• Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Good Typing Speed (Preferred)
• Work Experience: Freshers & ( 2021 to 2025) passed out.

Salary: Up to 3LPA
