Overview
Position : Technical Support Engineer
Experience : At least 1 year
Location : Delhi
Responsibilities:
1. Application Support:
- Monitor and troubleshoot application issues to ensure seamless operation.
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users and internal teams.
2. Database Management:
- Use SQL for querying, managing, and optimizing databases.
- Perform routine database maintenance, including backups and performance tuning.
3. System Administration:
- Administer and maintain Linux-based servers.
- Handle system updates, security patches, and backups.
4. Incident Management:
- Respond to application incidents and resolve them efficiently.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
5. Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze application performance and recommend enhancements.
- Implement monitoring tools and set up alerts to detect potential issues.
6. Documentation:
- Maintain and update documentation for application configurations and processes.
- Create and revise user guides and technical manuals.
7. Collaboration:
- Work with development, QA, and other teams to address and resolve application-related issues.
- Assist in deploying new features and application enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in application support with strong SQL and Linux skills.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for database management and querying.
- Experience with Linux server administration and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
