TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (Hindi Speaking)

Overview

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer who is fluent in Hindi and has a solid understanding of hardware systems, Driver updates and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and resolving issues efficiently. A good command of English is also essential for internal communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Basic knowledge in Electronics, Audio, Computer Operating system & other IT products.
• Updated knowledge on latest technologies like Smart devices / IOT products.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and basic networking.
• Perform OS installations, updates, and driver/software configuration.
• Document issues, solutions, and best practices clearly in both English and Hindi if required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge base and contribute to internal documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent in Hindi (Mandatory) – verbal and written.
• Good command of English – for communication and documentation purposes.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates from within Chennai only apply.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or any other technical degree.
• Certifications like CompTIA A+ etc. (a plus but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
