Technical Support Engineer (Junior Level)

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients via email, phone, or remote tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP, HRMS, CRM, POS, and other company products.
• Log, track, and follow up on customer issues using ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams as needed.
• Guide customers through the use and configuration of our software solutions.
• Document common issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base.
• Ensure timely resolution and follow-up on client queries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical/application/software support.
• Good understanding of business software systems like ERP, HRMS, CRM, or POS.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple, clear terms to non-technical users.
• Basic understanding of databases or SQL is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
